1 Introduction & Applicability

Welcome to bidbaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bidbaji platform (bidbaji.ws) and applies to all services offered on the platform. By registering an account or using any service on bidbaji, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

2 Account Registration

To register on bidbaji, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited, and any such account may be closed at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Accounts may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, please notify us immediately.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC verification.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use bidbaji's services, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions will prevent you from registering an account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be of sound mind and fully capable of making your own decisions.
• You must not be registering from a country or region where online gaming is strictly prohibited.
• Bidbaji employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to place bets on this platform.

Attempting to open an account while under 18 is a serious violation. bidbaji is committed to protecting minors, and any such account will be closed immediately and appropriate action taken.

4 Payments & Transactions

Bidbaji supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process.
• All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Under our anti-money laundering policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to newly registered users only.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 20x to 30x.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Bidbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be subject to investigation.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other games on bidbaji. It is each user's responsibility to bet in accordance with bidbaji's Terms & Conditions.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at an abnormal odds due to a technical error, bidbaji reserves the right to void it.
• Special policies apply to bets placed on matches found to be involved in match-fixing or corruption.
• In live betting, odds change in real time and the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game and market.

7 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from bidbaji. We strive to process all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible.

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Multiple withdrawal requests cannot be processed simultaneously.

• No additional fees are charged on withdrawals.

9 Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Providing false information to mislead our support team.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

Bidbaji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct is found.
• Engaging in any prohibited activities.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• Extended inactivity on the platform (over 12 months).

Users may request account closure at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed.
